Test: Quality of Your Environment

While you are at home this week-end you can find out if your environment is good for you, your health and your wellness.

In fact, you will be doing inventory, with fun, pleasure and surprises!

Take 4 sheets of paper, clipboard and pen

Name the lists of objects and add 2 important columns “I love” “Not”.

You will be going around your house or apartment, watch, inspect the objects and evaluate them (+ I love ) and ( - I do not love)

1. Very expensive objects

2. Old and useless objects (family heritage including)

3. Most treasured objects – they are of personal value

4. Interior (walls, carpets, rugs, curtains, furniture, etc)
