Kisses, Love & Pleasure







At the moments of highest tenderness, loving each other people touch each others’ lips. Their souls merge in one big wonderful feeling…

Very often lovers do not remember what was going on at this period of kiss. Our nature releases endorphins and other lovely substances in blood, inner liquids of body and brain. Loving each other people experience a wonderful feeling of good, euphoria and easiness often associated with flight.

When they part, there appears the longing for each other, akin to the addictive urge to have more.

Nobody knows when kissing appeared. In Ancient Egypt, people would rub noses against each other as the highest expression of lovely feelings.

This ritual is still practiced nowadays among Malaysians, Eskimos and Polynesians.

In China people did not kiss each other, until they saw how Europeans did it with pleasure.

In the Middle Ages if a man in Italy would kiss and embrace publically a woman, he was obliged to marry her. The European tradition of kissing in both cheeks is still popular. Such kisses are nothing but the act of pure politeness or expression of friendliness.

During loving kiss

  • our organisms become charged with fresh energy;
  • adrenalin is injected in both lovers simultaneously;
  • body and brain cells are saturated with oxygen;
  • glucocorticoid – enzyme preventing stress appearance - is being released.


Never part with beloved people! You can always kiss their lips, faces, bodies with intimate parts even at a distance, caressing their lovely image in the air, right in front of you.

Love will deliver them these beautiful sensations… 

We kiss and caress only those people, whom we love sincerely.

Why Alcohol Is Addicting? (Part II)

Continued from  Part  I


Researchers indicate that the brains of heavy or problem drinkers are changed in a way that makes them more likely to find alcohol pleasant. That greater feeling of reward might cause them to drink too much.

Neuroscientists found that endorphins released in response to drinking bind to a specific type of opioid receptor, the Mu receptor.




The receptor sites "lit up" on PET imaging,
allowing the researchers to map their exact locations.


All these colored areas express mu-receptors and peptides on different brain areas


Opioid receptors are distributed throughout the brain and spinal cord.  They mediate a number of activities including analgesia, species-typical behavior, and reward. Both endogenous opioids, (naturally produced within the body) and exogenous opiates, which are produced outside the body (drugs), produce pain relief and euphoria. The effects are produced by opioids binding to opioid receptors throughout the body.

Alcohol kicks natural endorphins off




in orbitofrontal cortex and nucleus accumbens.

Part of endorphins gets into intracellular liquid, thus produces the effect of wellness and high spirits.

Another part of these neurochemicals sits on μu-receptors.




These receptors are situated on the receiving neuron; and commands to relax are running from it to other neurons and chains.


As a result, pleasant sensations are spreading all over the body, relaxing the muscles of your face, neck, back, legs and arms.



You feel nice, sexy, healthy and attractive!




Social fears disappear…


You become friendly and good company…

When the number of natural endorphins in cells is expired through aggressive use of alcohol, some people add and add alcohol to prolong the effect of wellness. In vain! There is nothing remained to release from endorphins containing neurons.




Receptors become angry and demanding…





Some people become 


aggressive 
as other mechanisms are trigged.

Why Alcohol Is Addicting? (Part I)



Drinking alcohol leads to the release of endorphins in areas of the brain that produce feelings of pleasure and reward, according to a study led by researchers at the Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).




Endorphins are small proteins with opiate-like effects
that are produced naturally in the brain.



The researchers used positron emission tomography, or



PET imaging,

to observe the immediate effects of alcohol in the brains of 13 heavy drinkers and 12 matched "control" subjects who were not heavy drinkers.

In all of the subjects, alcohol intake led to a release of endorphins. And, in all of the subjects, the more endorphins released in the nucleus accumbens,

the greater the feelings of pleasure reported by each drinker.

In addition, the more endorphins released in the orbitofrontal cortex, the greater the feelings of intoxication in the heavy drinkers, but not in the control subjects.

The human OFC is involved in sensory integration, in representing the affective value of reinforcers, in  decision-making and expectation.

In particular, the OFC is important in signaling the expected rewards/punishments of an action given the particular details of a situation.

In doing this, the brain is capable of comparing the expected reward/punishment with the actual delivery of reward/punishment.

How Pleasure Is Generated In Brain And Body

For many years I have been making scientific research about pleasure and its aspects. Thousands of articles on neurobiology, psychology and neurogenesis were analyzed. People do have right to know what is going on in their brain and body.

I learned to turn scientific knowledge into healing methods. Also, I became skilled at animating this useful knowledge. During consultations these animations assist both grown up people and kids to understand basic principles of their healthy & desirable being. These animations are healing themselves, because when a person sees moving useful information, their nature easily turns into healthy mode. It is a mystery, but it works!

Finally, I present you information about pleasure principles based on scientific discoveries. You will easily understand them. If you read this article, then the topic interests you as well.

After I got the whole picture on pleasure and its generation, I developed corresponding methods to introduce pleasure into everyday life. They favorably influence my life, Pain is gone, and pleasure filled life, everyday deeds, mood and attitudes.

Voluntary or not, we seek for pleasure. And we are absolutely right!

Neurobiologists discovered that seeking for love, pleasure and beauty is highly rewarding.

As the biological function, pleasure and its search ensures the improvement of species through advantageous experiences.

Let us see how pleasure is generated in a single neuron - brain’s cell.

When we expect pleasure from our actions, exercises, meetings, books, people, events, etc, nucleus produces corresponding substances, which flow to terminals.


Nucleus generates endorphin molecules.
They flow to the terminal to be released into space
between cells to make us feel good.

Our neurons (like our genitals) function on the principle of orgasm, releasing happiness, intense pleasure, feeling food states, when we act (physically), dream or do something mentally.

The released chemicals in brain, body and blood do not live long.  They disappear, when we stop acting.



In the absence of pleasure or satisfaction, we start eating


…or drinking alcohol to come into the state of wellness…

The longer we do something important for us, the more intense pleasure is.


Nucleus keeps producing neuro substances, until we finish up.

When you are always at the ready to get & release pleasure from everywhere (including people, actions, dreaming, mental practices), you set intent


to live with pleasure and fun.

In this case, no addictive substances will ever be needed! It is the principle of wellness.
