Spring, Snow, Violets and Dogs

For almost four months, every morning I go to feed my dog’s son. I call him Lino.

Lino

He lives with his mother in the street near a fashionable house. Last month there appeared another dog in this area: wounded and hungry. Apparently, he was used as a fighting dog. Who knows?

It was very cold and snowy then and this dog came to live with puppies. He slept near them and was trying to steal food. So every morning, I make a bucket of meat soup for him as well.
He looks much better now, I published ad in Internet, but nobody came for him… This is sad, isn’t it?

Yesterday we had snow.

There was a rain 2 days ago

My primrose after rain

Primrose after snowfall

My dog and I, both adore snow

our walks are real, real pleasure

in the garden

After he left to run after neighbor’s cat, I found violets right in the place of his snow enjoyment.

Is Your Weakness Your Success?

Yes!

Yesterday we discussed your strengths in article  ‘Your Success: Intellectual Entertainment’

Today, we are going to talk about weaknesses – using Kristen Howe’s approach. I receive her newsletters for several years and apply her knowledge in the unknown areas.

She is NOT from the school of thought that tells you to discover your weaknesses and spend all your time strengthening them...

She belongs to the school of thought that suggests that you spend 80% of your time on your STRENGTHS... to make a massive breakthrough.

She claims:

“The day I decided to give 80% of my focus to my strengths is the day EVERYTHING changed for me...

And yet, I remember thinking - "Okay, 80% on my strengths - I can do that, but what about my weaknesses? Do I just ignore them or pretend they don't exist?"

If you feel that way too - let me help... What do you do with your weaknesses?

Here are 3 questions to help you with this...

Question #1:

What are my weaknesses?

Once you answer, forgive yourself - it's okay that you aren't perfect, we ALL have weaknesses!!!

Question #2:

How much of my time am I spending on things that primarily involve one or more of my weaknesses INSTEAD of on my strengths?

When I first asked myself this question, I was SHOCKED at how much time I was spending on things that didn't come naturally to me and that I really didn't enjoy. No wonder I was attracting what I didn't want...

Like I said, for me everything changed with this 1 shift and it will change for you too!

Question #3:

Who do I know that has strengths where I have weaknesses and how can I get creative about creating a WIN/WIN so we develop a mutually beneficial relationship that has both of us spending most of our time on our strengths?

Stop trying to be perfect and fix all your weaknesses - that doesn't mean you don't want to improve - improving is great!

However, here's the deal - when you spend 80% of your time on your strengths, your happiness and results will increase (because we like what we are good at)...

Look at every area of your life and ask yourself these questions - you'll be amazed at the results!”  Kristen Howe http://www.gobigcoach.com/

Did you get the idea?
Isn’t it a breakthrough approach?
I know you will use both: strengths and weaknesses to become successful in every area of your life!

Here are our major areas:

  • Relationships (social, personal, intimate)
  • Work or/ and business
  • Physical skills (at home, sports, travel, professional, etc)
  • Health & beauty (life style, food, pleasure, leisure, etc)
  • Spiritual (origin of life, miracles, wonderful states, wellness, etc)
  • Intelligence (concepts, professional and personal growth, etc)

Study each of them.

Find your strengths and enforce them by enjoying and implementing.
Find your weaknesses in each area – they constitute your huge potential for success and life of your dreams.

My respect,
Natalia Levis-Fox

Your Success: Intellectual Entertainment

Tell me what are you thinking about at leisure time?

Your success?

Your victories?

Your discoveries?

Your failures?

Dream physically about something or somebody pleasant?
Quarrel with somebody you dislike?
Express your disgust or dissatisfaction of current low quality relationships?
You blame somebody for that?

Answer these questions and count time you spend on it.

Do you like your results?

Have you ever thought about your strengths as entertainment and fun?

Here are three questions to do it.

QUESTION I:

What are your strengths?

Seriously...

Stop worrying about being ego based and self-involved and answer honestly...

What are your strengths?

List them out - write them down - type them into your computer...

Whatever you need to do so that you can look at your strengths list at any time.

NOW - here's the next question...

QUESTION II:

How much of your time are you spending doing things that involve 1 or more of your strengths?

Successful people
spend 80% of their time using their strengths.

Unfortunately, if you are like most people, you have been taught to leave your strengths along and instead focus on FIXING your weaknesses...

YOU are special because of your strengths so pay attention to them - use them - that's what you are here for!

And the last question...

QUESTION III:

How can you spend MORE time EVERY DAY, doing things that involve 1 or more of your strengths?

Even if you only spend 10 minutes more each day doing something that involves 1 or more of your strengths, your life is going to start to change!

Answer these questions today - right now - and decide to give 80% of your focus to expressing and living your strengths and your life will shift and transform in VERY exciting ways!

The Three Questions came from Kristen Howe http://www.gobigcoach.com/

Your attention to my articles in this blog shows your preferences and interests. Most of the articles become pages of my books.

When I started this blog, there were only several readers each day. For the last period the number or readers from 42 countries constitute over 3000 per month.
What does it mean?

It means both my personal success and considerable input into humanity wellness.

I just share reports about my travelling, art success, humor, knowledge, concepts and methods with you. You read and your picture of the world is enriching, like mine, even though you never leave comments.

So life is worth living…

What do you think?
I want to thank you!

We work harder when we are happy, new study shows

Happiness makes people more productive at work, according to research.

Happiness makes people more productive at work, according to the latest research from the University of Warwick. Economists carried out a number of experiments to test the idea that happy employees work harder. In the laboratory, they found happiness made people around 12% more productive.

The study included four different experiments with more than 700 participants.  During the experiments a number of the participants were either shown a comedy movie clip or treated to free chocolate, drinks and fruit. Others were questioned about recent family tragedies, such as bereavements, to assess whether lower levels of happiness were later associated with lower levels of productivity.

Companies like Google have invested more in employee support and employee satisfaction has risen as a result. For Google, it rose by 37%. Under scientifically controlled conditions, making workers happier really pays off.

The driving force seems to be that happier workers use the time they have more effectively, increasing the pace at which they can work without sacrificing quality.

The research had implications for employers and promotion policies.

Murphy’s Erotic Law about Art of Sex

The real art of sex is to kiss the lady

Murphy’s Family Stories of Horror…

At five o'clock in the morning

the wife got out of bed and made her way to the storeroom. Her husband prepared his things to go fishing at 6 o’clock

There she crashed his rods with hammer…

Then she poured acid

on fishing line…

and his favorite floaters…

She cut his new rubber boots with a knife…
Then she went to bed quietly and gently pressed her cheek against her husband's shoulder...

She did not know that she would be alive only for less than an hour…
