Your Intelligence: Systematic Approach and Thinking (Part III)




Continued from Parts     1      2


Before we proceed to using systematic approach in

1. your problems healing/solving, and
2. getting real miracles from your desires,

I want to open the greatest secret about brain,

Our brains are not for thinking!

Brain is a super organ for your body for dealing with physical environments. When we are awake, our brain intermediates our
  • vision,
  • hearing,
  • sensations,
  • smells perception,
  • tastes and
  • movements,
  • interest and attention in the outer world,
  • people,
  • emotions,
  • reactions,
  • intents,
  • intelligence and personal meaning about everything,


through our body, hands, arms, skin, mouth, face, lips, tongues, etc.

There are plenty of natural mechanisms within our brain-body system, organized by biological intelligence (Koch & Ullman, 1985; Grossberg, 1999a; Grossberg & Raizada, 2000; Itti & Koch, 2001; Culham & Kanwisher, 2001; Rajeev & Grossberg, 2003; Grossberg, 2006).




But brain never thinks instead of us! Those, who believed in this myth, often experience pain, so-called “inner self-talking”, ‘inner voices’ and fall into depression or gloomy moods. In these cases, PET-scanning registers active processes in region of brain called Broca’s area (Barnaby, 1995).

People differ in the amount that they pay attention to their internal self talk. Those who talk a lot are called “Ruminators” in cognitive psychology (Bolstad & Hamblett, 2000). Rumination in itself is not a problem. But combined with a permanent, pervasive explanatory style, this pattern cements depression in place.

Seligman (1997, p 82-83) points out: The more you are inclined to ruminate, the more it arises. The more it arises, the more depressed you will be. Brooding, thinking about how bad things will be, starts the sequence. Ruminators get this chain going all the time.”

The person feels an uncomfortable feeling (F).
They then talk about how permanent that will be and tell themselves off (T).
They then check how they feel now (F).
Not surprisingly, they feel worse (F).  
They then talk about that (T).

This is the strategy of failure.




Formula of failure and depression

Mental strategy is the succession of elements of experience to get certain outcomes or results (ex. states of pleasure vs. negative feelings). Any strategy can be recorded as a mathematical formula.


This strategy describes an active ongoing self-hypnotic process. Potentially it is a healthy process. In anticipating future challenges, we estimate the significance of the challenge, and the strength of our resources to respond to that challenge (Beck and Emery, 1985).

In the case of depression, the focus is on past experiences – failures, losses and defeats which have already happened and are thus fixed facts. The depressed person may not even have a bright future of success, let alone to have goals in. Their comments about life and their own self are thus based on a “permanent pervasive style” of explanation (“This is the way I and other things are; everything is like this, and it always will be”). The depressed person has understandably little interest in doing anything, because they expect failure (“What’s the point, it only gets you to the same place I’ve always been – nowhere.”).

If we fill this strategy (i.e. succession of elements) with positive contents, words and emotions, we will get what we want.




Mental strategy of success

That is why it is important to enrich your intelligence and create your own concepts of success.

Think about it, because when we learn with you how to use systematic approach with desired outcomes, you will have to talk about them only in positive manner and language.

Your Intelligence: Systematic Approach and Thinking (Part II)





Continued from Part I


You may ask a very logical question:”Why should I bother with intelligence and concepts, if I am a good and valued specialist?”

Proud of their professional and social achievements, which they put forward or in the center of everyday life, these people often stop noticing needs of their family members. They require worship and respect! They attention is directed towards themselves.

No need to say, that it destroys lovely and satisfying relationships.

Nevertheless, there is nothing wrong with the feeling of pride, no matter what religions dictate us.

Pride supplies us with constant flowing power & energy to the objects of our importance. In case of social and professional pride, power comes to the point of our decision to be proud of something (ex., status). In other words, pride enforces mentality of the period of your decision (let us say at the age of 30).

Suppose, you are 40 now and your pride still supports the mentality of a 30 years old personality, you used to be at that time. It means that you never grow up… Do you feel the difference?

Anyway, in those cultures and civilizations, where pride is cultivated physically (i.e., beautiful teeth, physical strength or sex power in males organs) pride not only preserves these qualities, but also multiplies them!

1. What I offer you is to explore the notion “pride” in different cultures, as well as the meaning of this word in different languages. Take a pen and several sheets of paper. When we write, our bodies are fully involved to advantage, Use different types of dictionaries, including etymological (the origin of word in comparison with others), defining dictionaries, etc. The more you find the better and richer will be your concept of “pride” notion.

2. Create the concept of “pride” in its diversity and convergence from different cultures.

3. Find out your own strategy of pride by asking:

“What areas of life are seized by my pride?” (Make a list)
”When was it formed?”  
“Was it my own desire or was my pride accepted under somebody’s influence?”
“How can pride serve me in this or that area?”

4. Create your own concept of “pride” taking  into  consideration cultural (general) concepts with your own understanding. Allow space for your own concept of “pride” enrichment. Since that time, you will be noticing people who practice their pride, unconsciously, in most cases.


Finally, before we meet next time, just answer the questions:

“Am I an interesting personality?”
“Do people find me interesting?”
“Who precisely finds me interesting and enjoys my company?” (Make a list of people).

The answers will surprise you!

Your Intelligence: Systematic Approach and Thinking (Part I)

Today we shall speak about systematic thinking or approach as the skill of analyzing details in their logical sequence and building a holistic picture of phenomena, we are considering as a task or a problem to resolve to make the best decisions. We shall begin with Systems theory to understand general principles lying at the basis of every process, leading to desirable vs. undesirable results.

People, who have no concepts of their own on the systematic level, feed rows of fanatics, extremists, terrorists and often become tools in the hands of those, who impose their will to others.

Systems theory is the interdisciplinary study of systems in general, with the goal of elucidating principles that can be applied to all types of systems at all nesting levels in all fields of research.

In this context the word systems is used to refer specifically to self-regulating systems, i.e. that are self-correcting through feedback. Self-regulating systems are found in nature, including the physiological systems of our body, in local and global ecosystems, and in climate—and in human learning processes.

The term originates from Bertalanffy's general system theory (GST) and is used in later efforts in other fields.

was an Austrian-born biologist known as one of the founders of general systems theory (GST). GST is an interdisciplinary practice that describes systems with interacting components, applicable to biology, cybernetics, Psychology, education and other fields.


Every system can be understood as having




1. inputs (things that get into it),
2. processes that happen in it, and
3. outputs (things produced by the system).

In order to keep working, a system has to get information about its outputs and compare this information to the inputs. 

For example, a person inputs food into their system (the body), and the body outputs energy for use.  The person has to check these outputs to know if they've got enough or too much food.  This checking ("Have I had enough input, and did it get correctly processed?") is called feedback. 

All the important outputs of a system will have feedback loops checking on them.

Feedback is the key to changing a system.
