Are You The Bright & Animated Type One Of Energy?

When you know your true nature, the type of energy you were born with, you start living by it.

When you live by your true, absolutely healthy and beautiful/handsome energy, you stop cultivating your ‘social image’ to look serious and important.

TYPE ONE: THE BRIGHT, ANIMATED ENERGY OF BEAUTY/HANDSOMENESS

Primary Movement: Upward, Light

The Type One expression comes from the element of nitrogen/air, and its natural primary movement is upward and light. If you have a dominant Type One movement, you have an upward, light energy.

Type One energy person is an extrovert.

Key words that describe the movement of this energy in a dominant Type One energetic nature are: fresh, youthful, animated, cheerful, brilliant, radiant, connected then disconnected, crisp, fun and unstructured.

Important: It is important that a Type One have fun and keep things light. If you try and slow down your movement and move more deliberately through life, you will just be going through the motions, having lost your connection with your core true nature. You will be out of balance from your upward, light energy if you try to create too much structure or try to slow down and be too deliberate.

Challenge: You can get stuck in the idea phase, bringing in more ideas than you can follow through with. You easily disconnect from one thing that is already in progress to start something new. You like the feeling of newness so you leave other things undone that have already been started.

Challenge: Because new ideas, events and people distract you easily, you have a tendency to not always follow through. Others may experience you as false, unbelievable, and not to be taken seriously.
