This quote is not just metaphor. So, before telling someone angry, accusing or other not pleasant words, think about the hole in their soul. This hole is nothing but a hurting trace. Human soul is so fragile…

In critical, emotionally explosive situations, psychology recommends to do the following things:

1. To leave the room, apartment, office or house without explanation if you feel the coming outrage

2. To write things that deeply dissatisfy you about another person on paper and then burn it

3. Part with them forever

4. Cool and melt your anger with frozen strawberry
