In your home you'll find your favorite sofa to relax on, your bed to sleep in and maybe you have a special room that you use for your daily mediations.
You know exactly where you've kept pictures of your loved ones, your first-aid kit, your library of books and so on.
But just like any home, dust and clutter is bound to pile up slowly.
I liken this mess to energetic blockages. It disrupts the flow of how you live in your home (and your mind).
If left unattended, it becomes considerably harder to find the things that you have carefully stored away when you need it most.
You can't quite relax as well as you'd like or get a good night's rest because now there's junk lying all over your sofa and bed.
So what's the solution?
Well naturally, you'd take the time to regularly clean and organize your home.
And guess what? The same applies for your mind -- you need to clear all the blockages that's stopping you from having the life you want.
But this isn't something you have do by yourself…”
